Hello Chiara, Sorry it has been so long since we were last in touch. Hope you and your family had a happy christmas and new year. My wife and i would again just like to say thank you for the most wonderful time in september when we became husband and wife. You always answered every email promptly and always offered great advice and suggestions. Due to this we never doubted for one moment that we had chosen the best place in the world to get married and have the reception at your family home and have the great Mamma Agata cook for us. Thank you for all the hard work and little touches you made to make the reception so special. Our friends and family still comment on the best wedding reception that they have ever been to. We will forever be in debt to you for creating such wonderful memories that we will never forget. As promised we will be sending you copies of the music which we played at the reception. We will also be purchasing the Mamma Agata cookbook and Apron. When we do, would it be possible to have the cookbook signed by Mamma and yourself? Ciao Craig and Aimee Murray

We are just planning our cruise in The Med and planning out Post Cruise time in Italy. Finding your site was fabulous. We are planning to see the Amalfi Coast and just trying to figure out how to fit in everything we want to see. We hope to see you in the fall of 2010.

Chiara, Rosalia and I just got home last night. We are already missing our new friends we made in Positano during our 17 day stay. The class was simply fantastic and as soon as I get unburied from business emails, I will submit a review on Tripadvisor and mention the NYC book signing. The day at your home was one of the best days we spent in Italy and believe me we had many, but being in the company you Mamma Agata, and you, for most of the day was wonderful and we will never forget it. Its a good thing Roberto took us back to Poaitano, since we had so much wine, but we are certainly not complaining. :) I do have to tell you that I prepared the sausages and peppers dish twice in our apartment. Roe being a fish person did not partake, but I enjoyed every bite. I made her a pasta with your base sauce and lots of cheese. We will be in NYC to see you at your book signing and will bring our copy with us for another signature. We are planning on staying overnight so if you don't have plans after your event we would love to have a drink with you and the rest of your crew. Dear Chiara, Thank you for a truly unforgettable experience at Dionne and Jaswinder's wedding reception 07/08/10. The evening was perfect down to every little detail, you will be highly recommended to all of our friends and family. We will make sure that we cook with love and passion when we attempt to create Mamma's delicious reciepes from our Mamma Agata cook book. An unforgettable special day we had at Mamma's was my son's wedding. It was so perfect that our memories will truly last a lifetime. It was like a fairytale that made our dream come true.
